Michael Newton has brought almost a hundred people in regression at a point where they were between lives and questioned the hypnotized subjects about what they saw.
This gives us so much information on what it is like in the "World of Spirits".
You will notice that the nearly 100 candidates tell a very similar story even if they have not talked to each other and many are probably not particularly familiar with the subject of the astral world.
